Last day and phone call
Today was my last day in my current job - what a relief to be away from it. It wasn't a bad job by any means, just dull and boring. I've been invited to the work Xmas party which is nice of them.
Anyway, at about 1:15pm today I received a very strange and unexpected phone call at work. It was from a woman who identified herself as Danielle, 24 from Vancouver Canada. She said she had passed by the store today and had seen me inside and thought that I was very nice. She phoned to ask if I was interested in having her drop by the store and, well, having sex in the backroom...
My first thought was this was a joke or hoax of some kind. As we talked she seemed genuine and honest. Turns out she is on buying trip for Australian swimwear to take back to Canada. She described herself at length - petite, long blonde hair, well trimmed (!) and so on. It all sounded good but as I was at work, with my manager due to arrive at anytime I didn't think it feasible for her to 'visit'. We ended our chat and that was that.
About half an hour she called back and described herself a bit more and said she was very very keen to 'do whatever I wanted with her'. I told her the same thing that I just couldn't close the store like that, besides I have been seeing someone just recently. She thanked me for my time and hung up.
About an hour after that she called again and said she really wanted to 'get with' me. I must admit this sort of thing has never happened to me before, but hey - first time for everything. We chatted some more and she asked if I had a web site which I just happen to have. She looked at it and said my eyes were amaing. (I'm not making this up, this actually happened). She came across as very sincere and nice, definately not a lunatic.
But it wasn't possible for her to see me, especially because her flight left at 4pm for Sydney and she had to get to the airport. She asked if she could call me during the next ten days while she is in Sydney, and I said yeah.
This was all very unexpected. No idea if she will call again.
