Writer's meeting

I got all excited about a meeting this evening at the Caxton Hotel for film writers. I got all dressed up, a friend of mine made the trip over here from the eastern suburbs...and then we found that the evening was cancelled.

Oh well, instead we bought beers and went home to my place and got drunk.
